Q. How is payment processed?
A. Once you have decided that OUR DIGITAL BUSINESS is right for you we require a 50% deposit to proceed with any one of our video production packages. The balance is due upon completion of the project.
Q. How do COVID health measures affect getting projects done?
A. OUR DIGITAL BUSINESS is a fully remote business and requires no face-to-face meetings with you or your clients.
Q. How are the videos shot?
A. We conduct the interview using the interviewee’s own cell phone or computer. No specialized or complicated equipment or setups are required.
Q. How is the quality?
A. The video and audio are captured locally so there are no quality issues due to bandwidth or internet connections. We typically record in HD Quality Video or higher and will ask the interviewee to use headphones to capture the best quality audio. Audio is captured separately and both audio and video are adjusted in editing for perfect synchronization and quality.
Q. What does the finished video look like?
A. You can see some samples of our finished videos on our WORK page. Essentially we blend the interview with a series of pictures, computer screenshots, video, and any other relevant media that will help to achieve the most engaging message.
Q. Where does the additional media for the videos come from?
A. Depending on the type of video (Testimonial, Branding, or Promotional) it may come from you or your client, possibly both. For example; for a testimonial video, your client may have some pictures of a project that emphasizes your products or services that we would ask for.
Q. What if I am not happy with the video, can I make revisions?
A. Absolutely! Prior to final delivery and any posting on your social media, you will always have an opportunity to review the video and make any desired revisions.
Q. How long does it take to get the finished video?
A. Once we have all the raw footage together the turnaround in Post Production is typically 24-48hrs. Please keep in mind the overall timeframe can depend on the availability of your client.
